Our Money-Back Guarantee


We back every move with our Fast Track Movers Guarantee.

  • On-Time Guarantee: If we arrive late, you get money back (up to $100 depending on service tier).
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not happy with how our team handles your move, we refund a portion of your labor charges (up to 30%).
  • Damage Protection: If something is damaged due to our negligence, we repair, replace, or refund (coverage depends on service tier).

 Important: To qualify, customers must complete the Moving Request Form AND submit photos of their inventory before the move date. This allows us to properly prepare and serve you. Without these two steps, the guarantee does not apply.

Fast Track Movers Guarantee — Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility
  • To qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee, customers must:
    a) Submit a completed 
    Moving Request Form.
    b) Provide 
    photos of their inventory prior to the scheduled move.
  • Failure to complete both steps disqualifies the customer from guarantee coverage.
  1. Scope of Guarantee
  • Applies to labor charges only. Excludes fuel, truck rental, packing materials, third-party services, and additional fees.
  1. Satisfaction Guarantee
  • Refunds are capped at:
  • Basic: 15% of labor charges
  • Premium: 25% of labor charges
  • White Glove: 30% of labor charges
  • Dissatisfaction must be reported before the crew leaves the job site and documented in writing within 24 hours.
  1. On-Time Guarantee
  • If the crew arrives more than 60 minutes beyond the scheduled arrival window, customer qualifies for compensation ($25 Basic, $50 Premium, $100 White Glove).
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or customer-related factors (e.g., gate codes, access issues) are excluded.
  1. Damage Protection
  • Basic: Standard liability only ($0.60/lb per item).
  • Premium: Up to $1,000 coverage.
  • White Glove: Up to $5,000 coverage.
  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of the move.
  1. Exclusions
  • Acts of God, unsafe or prohibited items, customer-packed boxes, or items over 250 lbs not disclosed prior to booking.



Deposit & Cancellation Policy


A 30% deposit is required to secure your moving date.

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance of your scheduled move receive a 100% deposit refund.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of your scheduled move are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.
  • You may reschedule your move at any time; however, cancellation refunds are based on your original scheduled date, not the rescheduled one.


Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of the move.
  • Our hourly rate continues until payment is received—have payment ready to avoid additional charges.
  • Late payments incur a $100 per day fee.
  • Accepted forms of payment: cash, check, credit/debit card. A 2.99% fee applies to credit card payments.


Fuel & Travel Fee Policy

We believe in honest, upfront pricing.


Local Moves (Fresno & Clovis Area)

  • A flat $90/hour round-trip fuel and travel fee applies.
  • Time stops when the truck finishes loading at the origin.
  • Time resumes upon arrival at the destination.
  • You’re not charged for drive time between stops.
  • This fee is pre-calculated and included in your estimate—no surprises.


Long-Distance Moves (100+ miles one-way)

  • Defined as any move over 100 miles one-way.
  • A $5.00 per mile one-way fee applies.
  • The travel fee covers fuel, crew drive time, and lodging (if applicable).
  • Charges are clearly itemized in your estimate.


Two-Day Service Terms


Standard Timeline

  • Day 1 – Packing: Crew packs and stages all items.
  • Day 2 – Moving: We load, drive, and unload at your new location.


Long-Distance Moves

  • Items are packed and loaded the day prior to departure.
  • Departure occurs early the next morning to meet delivery timing.


Client Readiness

  • Ensure access, parking, and building approvals are arranged before arrival on both days.
  • Delays due to inaccessibility or restrictions may extend billing time.


Estimates, Pricing & Minimums

  • All estimates are non-binding unless based on visual inspection.
  • Online/phone quotes are approximate; flat-rate pricing is only offered after an in-person or virtual walk-through.
  • Minimums:
  • 3-hour minimum on most weekdays
  • 4-hour minimum on Saturdays, peak dates, or certain city zones


Additional Services & Equipment

  • Packing services are available upon request. Tape and plastic wrap are free; boxes and paper may be purchased.
  • We provide tools for furniture disassembly/reassembly.
  • Up to 40–60 moving pads/blankets, wrap, and tape are included free.


Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring all items are packed securely.
  • We are not liable for:
  • Items packed by the customer
  • Unboxed or improperly secured belongings
  • High-value or fragile items not disclosed in advance


Specialty Items & Limitations

  • No liability is assumed for mechanical or electrical malfunction (e.g., pianos, TVs, clocks) unless there is visible external damage.
  • We do not disassemble or reconnect gas/water lines. Liability for such work lies with the customer.


Particle board/pressboard furniture is transported at your risk; we recommend disassembling such it

  • Notify us of any item valued over $100/lb. These will be inventoried and documented.
  • We do not transport:
  • Jewelry, cash, prescription meds
  • Perishables
  • Personal electronics like laptops or phones
  • Keep those items with you.


Property Damage Waiver

  • We’re not liable for damage to walls, floors, doorways, or structural features during tight maneuvers or oversized item transport.
  • If you request we move bulky furniture through tight quarters, you accept the risk of damage.


Liability & Insurance

  • We provide basic coverage at $0.60 per pound per article, per CA Public Utilities Commission standards.
  • You may purchase third-party insurance for higher protection.


Damage Waiver & Indemnity

Other than coverage explicitly outlined above, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fast Track Movers (F.T.M. LLC), including its team and contractors, from all liabilities, damages, claims, and losses—including those caused by negligence—except where prohibited by law.


Claims Process

  • File claims within 90 days of delivery.
  • We will acknowledge the claim within 30 days and resolve or respond within 120 days (extensions may apply).
  • Claims will be investigated in good faith, and decisions will be communicated in writing.


Safety Policy

  • Crew leaders determine whether a procedure is safe.
  • We reserve the right to refuse unsafe activities, including:
  • Hoisting over balconies
  • Moving items via non-weight-bearing structures
  • Working in weather-compromised or overcrowded areas
  • If our team is pressured to rush or cut corners, we pause the job until the situation is addressed.


Parking & No-Show

  • Parking arrangements are the customer's responsibility. Any parking tickets incurred due to lack of permits will be billed to the customer.
  • If no one is present at the job site, we charge 100% of the quoted minimum.


Tipping & Service Changes

  • Tipping is appreciated, but not required.
  • Any changes to your move (items, location, timing) must be made in writing and approved by both parties.
